Class Description
In this unique online photography class, students will learn how to see like a photographer by exploring creative composition, lighting, and exposure techniques. Each class will include a “photo challenge” where students will put what they have learned into practice to bring back to share with the rest of the class. Students will look at many contemporary photographers’ work for inspiration! Editing techniques will also be explored to learn how to layer, add text, alter color, change to black and white, and more. This class is open to ALL kinds of cameras—from smart phone to DSLR!
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS
Students will need a laptop or tablet with Zoom app downloaded and a device to take photos such as a DSLR camera, smart phone, or point-n-shoot camera.
