Class Description

Arts+ is happy to offer Adaptive Music Lessons for violin, piano, ukulele, and guitar, taught by a trained music therapist.  Our faculty work with the individual and family to create a tailored lesson program for specific student needs.  We are proud to empower students to be successful, regardless of any learning difficulties, physical disabilities, or emotional and behavioral needs.

We invite you to complete a Adaptive Lesson Scheduling Request form to begin the enrollment process.  We will connect you with one of our Faculty for a brief consultation to outline individual goals.  Goals may be musical or non-musical depending on the wishes and needs of the student.

Children ages 6 to adults.

Lessons occur over 18-week sessions during the fall and spring and flexible sessions during the summer.

Location(s)

Adaptive Music Lessons are taught at studios in Plaza Midwood, Matthews, and Myers Park.

Pricing

Prorated lessons are available mid-season. Please call the Student Services Coordinator for details.

How to Register

New Students

Please complete the online Adaptive Lesson Scheduling Request form. Arts+ will contact you to discuss faculty availability and find the best match for you.

Once placement is made for a specific instructor, day, time and location, Arts+ will provide you with instructions on how to sign in and register online.

Returning Students

Your instructor will communicate with you prior to the semester to finalize your lesson schedule. Once your instructor has told us your schedule, our Student Services Coordinator will be in contact with you to finalize registration and notify you of your balance due.

To sign in to your account online, here are instructions:

  • Click here to open the account portal
  • Enter your email address as your username and your password (If you do not know your password, select "Forgot Your Password.")
  • Select the tab titled My Billing Info
  • Select Invoices
