Workshop Description
Interested in playing the cello? Curious how the cello makes its sound? Mesmerized by the rich tones of the cello and want to experience it firsthand? Then this workshop, designed to teach the basics of the cello without the commitment of a series of classes or lessons, is the perfect option for you.
Through this workshop, you will discover the basic building blocks of the cello and what it means to start learning the instrument as an adult. There's no pressure, and nothing is at stake! Just show up ready and willing to try something new. Who knows? Maybe you'll love it!

INSTRUMENTS
Arts+ has instruments available to borrow for the class, or you are welcome to bring your own. If you are interested in a long-term instrument rental, feel free to reach out to registration@artsplus.org for recommendations of how to go about that from trusted providers.
