Class Description

Discover the basics of playing the cello in this beginner-friendly class for adults. Learn alongside other beginners in a relaxed, small group setting as you explore cello technique, begin to read music, and start learning to play your very own songs. Not only will we teach the classic starter cello songs, we’ll even do a little bit of playing pop music, too! Taught by Charlotte master teacher Victoria McLaughlin, this supportive and encouraging class will provide you with the foundations of success in learning the cello. It's never too late to learn a new instrument!

None!     

INSTRUMENTS  

If you do not have your own, Arts+ instruments are provided for use during this class but may not be taken home. Please contact the Arts+ Registration team at registration@artsplus.org if you would like information on where to rent your own instrument.      

PARKING AND ARRIVAL 

Arts+ Community Campus (2304 The Plaza): There is ample free parking. When you arrive, ring the doorbell for entry.
