Workshop Description
No experience required at this social ukulele bash! Play ukes, sing, laugh, enjoy company with friends, and meet new friends! There will be a brief intro session at the start for any beginner who needs a crash course (or if you’re a little rusty). Then we will rock out on our ukes—jam session style—for the rest of the evening. Best of all, it’s completely FREE! Kids are welcome too!
This event is free to participate, but we gladly accept donations to help us make programming like this possible across the Charlotte region.
INSTRUMENTS
Arts+ has 30 ukuleles available ‘first-come-first-served’. They’ll be in high demand, so get there early. You can also BYO-Uke!
PREREQUISITES
Willingness to have a good time, play, and sing along!
PARKING AND ARRIVAL
Free Range Brewing (2320 N Davidson St.) - The lot directly attached to the Brewery fills up quickly, but there is also free parallel parking along 27th St in front of the Brewery, as well as the parking garage adjacent to the building. This garage is to the left as you enter the Brewery's parking lot from the 27th St. turn-in.
