Dzidra Reimanis has been a remarkable piano instructor from the very beginning of Arts+, teaching alongside founder Henry Bridges. In her years with us, she has produced wildly talented pianists who have gone on to study music professionally and become accomplished musicians and educators in their own right.
She has the most profound love of people, music, and her students.
As we celebrate her retirement, we are thrilled to also honor the lasting impact she has made on the Charlotte music community and on Arts+ by establishing the Dzidra Reimanis Scholarship, to be awarded annually.
