Arts+ Makes Arts Education Accessible with Financial Aid
At Arts+, we believe in providing not only outstanding arts education but accessible arts education. That’s why we offer financial aid for all of our programs, including group classes and workshops, private music lessons, and summer camps. We award nearly $100,000 of financial aid annually to students, ensuring that everyone in the community has access to outstanding arts education, no matter their financial circumstance.
This fiscal year, Arts+ made experiencing the benefits of an arts education even more accessible by providing an entry point for interested students with our financial assistance quick access program. Through this program, any student in grade 12 or under who may have financial need can easily a receive a 50% financial aid discount that can be used for up to two group classes and/or workshops each year (July-June), as funds allow. All it takes is an email to our registration team to express interest in the financial assistance program.
Of course, Arts+ still offers our full financial aid program, which offers up to 90% off group classes and workshops, private music lessons, summer camps, and more. Families who have already used their two allotted group classes and workshops in the financial assistance quick access program, are in need of more than a 50% discount, or are interested in a program not covered under quick access are invited to apply for financial aid.
Financial aid applications for the next school year and/or summer session are due each year by April 15th. We accept applications after that on a rolling basis, as long as award funding lasts.
Whether you're interested in our private lesson program, engaging with a mix of music and visual art, or trying out a 1-day workshop, we have the aid to help make it possible.
