Caroline Tippette

Caroline Tippette is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Fine Arts Degree focused in Painting and Ceramics as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Art Education. She received her MPA in Arts Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She enjoys working with students of all ages and abilities and employing art as a method for exploration and experimentation. With a focus on drawing techniques, storytelling, and mixed media processes, her work is relatable to those from many different backgrounds. Her background in the fine arts, fostered by working in contemporary artists’ studios, as well as her experience teaching in public schools allows her to teach many higher-level art techniques to those of all ages and experience levels. She is the current Visual Art Coordinator at Community School of the Arts.
