Inclement Weather
- Arts+ generally follows the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools closing policy for inclement weather, but exceptions do occur based on our community partner locations and weather conditions in the evening, when most of our programs take place. In the event of bad weather or a CMS closing, parents should always check for closing information on the Arts+ website and the Arts+ Facebook page or by calling 704.377.4187. Any information on closings will be posted there by 11:00 a.m.
- Lessons or classes canceled due to weather will be made up at a later date at no additional cost. The School staff and faculty absolutely do not want you to venture outside in unsafe driving conditions, so please be cautious in your judgment and talk to your teacher if you don’t feel safe attending your scheduled Arts+ program. Our students and parents are precious to us, and we want you to be safe!
