Youth Art Camp: Light and Shadows

JULY 19 - 23

Camp Description

This Light and Shadow themed camp is perfect for students interested in pen and ink drawing techniques, portraits, and art that showcases vivid imagery!

High contrast, both in ideas and images, is the focus of this week-long camp. Students will learn traditional pen and ink techniques to create impactful images of the world and the people who inhabit it. Students will work with positive and negative space to explore ideas and visual concepts in this experimental camp!

During this camp, students will be escorted two blocks and cross two streets to have time each afternoon at First Ward Park. Two instructors will be present during this outdoor time and will escort students back to Spirit Square for pick-up at the end of camp each day.
